   Teacher instruction and partner training.

> Personalized Classes / 重点班
   Up to ten students. Master Yao's lessons will focus on student requests, abilities, and their respective level of Yiquan, e.g. Theory, Techniques, Combat Applications. Personalized classes are a great chance to receive training and critique from one of yiquan's great masters. Class content can be customized to suit individual needs

> Specialized Training Classes / 特训班
   Classes of up to 3 students, 2-3 times a week.  Lesson schedule can be arranged to meet student’s requests.
Lesson focus on detailed teachings of; "Theory", "Technique", "Application and Use of Technique", as well as their relation to the use of "Yi". Additional key areas of study include; the use of "The Whole Body Force", "The Contradictory Force", "Zhan Zhuang and Mo Jin(feeling the force)". All their usage in application and technique are covered.

   Training takes place in Master Yao's "Beijing Yiquan Academy - Beijing Zhong Yi Wu Guan"

   There are many cheap hostels for foreigner accommodation in Beijing, which you can easily found and booked.
